Rather than relying on a single point of decision-making, HealthNav uses an internal peer review loop. Each update is evaluated independently by specialists across clinical, data, architecture, security, and product disciplines.

Every reviewer looks at the same input in isolation, from their own perspective. Their feedback is then brought together, validated, and refined before approval. This ensures decisions are balanced, evidence-based, and aligned with healthcare standards.

Orchestration & Validation

All feedback flows to Ava, who coordinates review outcomes, identifies conflicts, and ensures alignment across disciplines. If revisions are needed, the update is refined and re-reviewed.

Only when all review criteria are met does the update progress:

Approved → Released to users
Needs refinement → Back to review
